Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Exacta ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Exacta and available at useexacta.com.
2. Description of Service
Exacta is a business intelligence platform for pest control companies. It integrates with field service management software, accounting systems, and other business tools to provide operational analytics, KPI dashboards, route efficiency analysis, and financial reconciliation.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Service to process data you do not have the right to access, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload or sync through the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service connects to third-party platforms including but not limited to QuickBooks Online, Fieldwork, FieldRoutes, PestPac, GorillaDesk, Samsara, and Google Maps. These connections are initiated by you and governed by the respective third-party terms. We access third-party data only as authorized by your OAuth consent or API credentials.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is the property of Exacta. Your business data remains yours. Analytics and KPI computations derived from your data are provided to you as part of the Service and do not grant us any rights to your underlying data.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXACTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a 30-day window for data export.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
